Terebinto Grillo, Planeta, Sicily

Grillo has been grown on the island of Siciliy for centuries but only recently have the local winemakers begun to realise its potential from higher altitude sites around Mount Etna. This is a great example – a single vineyard Grillo from one of Sicily’s top producers which is fresh and light but beautifully complex, with delicate white fruit and citrus notes.
