Rioja Rosado, Ramón Bilbao, Spain

There’s a reason why this is Spain’s favourite rose: lovely fresh flavour, subtle red fruit, and an elegant style make it infinitely drinkable and incredibly moreish. Great with light food or on its own, it’s one of my favourite roses.
